About Anmol Nayantara Group

Anmol Nayantara was founded in 2005, as a joint collaboration of Mr. R. C. Bafna from Jalgaon, and Mr. Abhay Tated from Nasik. Anmol Nayantara Group has emerged to be one of the pioneers of group housing development in the Nasik city area.

Starting from a two-building of 64 units project – Anmol Nayantara Hills, to building a complete community of nineteen buildings of 430 units – Anmol Nayantara City One, Anmol Nayantara Group has come a long way to becoming one of the most well-known & sought-after developers in Nashik and surrounding areas and has served 2000+ happy families. The developers have seen an organic growth through the years, with bookings pouring in immediately after the announcement of its projects, even before the beginning of any groundwork.
 

Anmol Nayantara Group has also completed a residential project in Pune, near the famous Adinath Society, and has also embarked upon government contracting in 2017 with two large government housing projects in Bandra and Dadar localities in Mumbai. Through government contracting, Anmol Nayantara Group has been associated with clients like Maharashtra State Police Housing and Welfare Corporation Limited, Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai, and Nashik Municipal Corporation.
